Contours Element convertible stroller

The Element stroller was conceived as an affordable competitor to the Bugaboo Donkey, which sold for over a thousand dollars. To do this, our team had to develop a new, patented way to accomplish this to get around the Donkey’s sideways expanding frame patents. I managed this project through its development for the US and European markets, and then a value improvement program to reduce the manufacturing costs.
