I was the lead designer and co-creator of multiple quickstrike / energy projects for Nike SB Brazil based in the Nike C.A.S.A Design pod in São Paulo / Brazil, from 2005-2009.
These are some images from the 3rd generation of the Nike SB Brasil Custom Series. The story was the final chapter on the 3 project series for Nike SB Brasil, to energize the Dunk SB franchise in the local skate / sneaker scene.
The inspiration was music in skateboarding and the story was created around the iconic Sony Water Sports walkman. Each pro skater on the SB Brasil team had a colorway with custom graphics and logos. These were launched in limited quantities in Brazil and were sold out instantly.
