This house is located in the city of Sukabumi, the house in a small size land, the uniqueness of this land shaped rectangular , so I was so interested to make the design of conditions existing land .
Owner is a pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) who earns enough but do not earn more also, therefore, in terms of cost for the construction of the house, he wanted the lowest possible cost. From it, the initial idea of my thinking in designing this house is the design of appropriate functions
for users with low cost exactly.
