Urban Library
Urban Library - This is a structural feasibility analysis inspired by the work of Niel Denari. After seeing a lecture by Mr. Denari I wanted to explore the structural designs that would necessary to create these folding forms. The structure is a series of water-jet cut pieces covered by a thin aluminum skin riveted to the sub-structure. The bus stops become an urban library each telling a story from the history of Bloomington.
