Carbon FIber/Birch wood Longboard.
I got really into woodworking for while and thought, how could I take a normal longboard to the next level using what I know about materials engineering? Yep, you guessed it; Carbon fiber and lasers. This wasn't my best board but it was by far the prettiest. It was a laminate of 6 layers of Russian birch wood and 6K twill carbon fiber. Turned out to be an extremely fun board but broke because of delamination.
