Renderings based on new Runway East coworking space in Covent Garden, UK. I think the design is by Runway East itself this time (no other designer has been listed by them for this project).
Renderings processed in Google Flow and Gemini, using Nano Banana Pro, and one processed in mnml.ai using their Studio mode.
Interesting parts of the design are the Cooper armchairs by NORR11, with the floating shells and the sculptural frame, as well as the NORR11 Hippo sofa. The translucent pink ribbon on the glass is pretty show-stopping. The wall graphic of the colorful vinyl records (and there is a DJ station in the space) is eye-catching as well.
