Gemini's Nano Banana Pro. I was pretty blown away by this, my first result for this project. It can also take on a yellowish look I've tried to get rid of but not sure how to do that. (Later realized I had "warm illumination" in the prompt.)
mnml.ai (v 4.1) I got a lot of good results, not just one. In a slightly new set up, I chose V4.1 and got a lot of consistent results.
MYArchitectAI. Lighting is a little harsh and coming from one direction. But MYArchitectAI understood that the "Tassle 3" style pendant lights were not actual tassles, and that "warm illumination" in the prompt referred to the lights themselves, and didn't mean whole image should be yellowish.
Rendair's "image to render" mode. I was getting good results in this program just 10 days ago. The graphic is very wrong, including just the color scheme (Rendair has always turned blues into teal). There aren't reflections on the flooring, so it looks dry and dull. The backrests look fat, the legs on the banquette are fat, upholstery on the wainscot looks like padded fluting. The wood arched structure looks quite good.

Traditional arched booths - 4 ai-renderers

11/25. Renderings based on co-working space, designed by HLW Architecture.

I tried rendering another row of booths from this project recently, and the banquette seating in that scene was also apparently custom and I couldn't find a model.

It was the same here, so I had a model made in Meshy. I think they did a pretty good job, although you can't separate the model into parts and adjust the finishes; have to use the textures they come up with per your image.

So I couldn't exactly match the upholstery on the seat back with the wainscoting. MYArchitectAi understood the fabrics should be exactly the same.

I was getting good results in Rendair just 10 days ago. It's frustrating; the program changes so often, going from good results to unusable for me, over and over. I don't understand why they change it so often.

If you would like to see an original project photo of this scene you can find that here:
