Metaphrasis - A two essay visual and typographic analysis of visual culture, a new field which pulls from sociology, psychology, anthropology, and philosophy. The two essays presented were chosen for their relevance to today's 'society of the spectacle' and a feeling of 'otherness' created by our overly saturated visual culture.
