Error Reporting

The scenario is that a member of the internal team (User) is away from their machine and gets feedback about an error from a customer and needs to capture this feedback using their mobile phone. On a basic level, the app must allow users to submit, view, and manage product feedback wherever they are on their phone.

I created a landing page for the feedback that was reported. This makes it much easier for users to quickly see which issues are priorities and which are low-hanging fruit. Colored bars are visualizations that indicate priority and how many times a particular issue was logged.

The user gets a reference point for all the issues in the system up front. They can narrow down the list by predictive search and/or applying some filters. If they cannot locate their issue, then they have the option of adding a new topic. The user can dive in and out of existing topics to view more detail.
