Cue table - The brief was to breathe new life into an old material or product. The Cue Table is constructed from reclaimed pool cues, Fijian Kauri, MDF & reinforcing steel rods. The intended effect of this design was to re-examine the feel and aesthetic associated with pool cues. This table was exhibited as part of the 2007 Michael Hirschfield Galleries exhibition “They don’t make them like they used to: Sustainability in design”
