The Bissell C3 Cyclonic Bagless Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner first released in Q1 of 2014 for the UK & Russian
market and as the Multi-Surface Expert for Canada. Developed in-house at Bissell’s Asia Development Center, I was responsible for the CMF for this product as well as design of the Hard Floor Tool accessories.
