How it all started
The idea about this work occurred when I was on a trip to Himachal, the heaven on earth. The amazing view I had from the heights lead me to think of creating a cozy place overlooking the hills.
How I went about it
The night I had spend overlooking the town gave me the night lighting theme for a bedroom, a few interesting stuff I found, like old lamps, planters, etc.. I picked up to be added as props. The wood work I noticed there and the feel it created, made me spend time in getting the wood material right. I wanted to get the particular feeling the wooden finishes created.
We had some fun, like paragliding with friends which also if you notice made an appearance in my work :). In fact the mood there and everything about the place, the openness, life in the lap of mother nature all contributed in creating this work. I hope you enjoy the work presented.
