Post & Beam: Magazine Concept
I created this magazine concept for my typography class. I chose to design a magazine that would showcase custom built cedar homes around the nation. Lindal Cedar Homes is a company that I have idolized from a very young age. As a kid, I remember many times walking into my fathers office to pull one of their plan books off the shelf. The pictures would memorize me and leave me inspired. I wanted my magazine design to stay true to these plan books. This meant clean lines, large imagery, and great lighting. I am very pleased with my finished product. It delivers that same feeling I experienced as a child.
