In these Polymer Arresters I worked mainly at the design and drawing process. I had to specify the critical dimensions of the arrester in order to include it in our product catalog.
This is a 34.5kV bushing in which I participated at the design of the porcelain insulator and it´s components according to the client´s needs. I first had to analyze the required performance and then calculate the diameter and number of skirts that the insulator needed, without exceeding the total length also specified by the client. I also took part at the manufacturing process, making sure the prototype was made according to the specifications.
Lineposts are products that include a porcelain part with 2 caps of aluminium that are joined with cement. For these I had to design the shape of the porcelain and it´s overall dimensions.
3 caps of different sizes were needed to fit the distinct diameters of each linepost.

Design of Insulators

These are some of the products I had part on at my job. I participated in both the drawings/design for all of them and in the manufacturing process of the porcelain parts.
