BARBEQUE NATION
Barbeque Nation on is an Indian restaurant chain owned by Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. The ?rst restaurant opened in Mumbai in January 2006. They have over 80 outlets all over India.
Barbeque Nation has a ‘live-grill’, on which customers can enjoy cooking their food right at their table. The menu includes Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian starters followed by bu?et and desserts all for a ?xed price. The restaurant o?ers a warm ambience that runs throughout their outlets. Their e?ciency lies in their service and food. Very cordial and e?cient sta? plus a variety of Indian-grill food allows the customer to enjoy a hearty meal.
THE PROJECT
Barbeque Nation endeavor was a turn over project that involved many hands from 2 companies for one single goal. The project itself was divided in 4 phases, where in each phase di?erent people were responsible to make sure that the ini al concept was done perfectly from the start to the end.
