A design study made for local entrepreneur, a commercial property lot of 1000 square meters, this piece of real estate was able to accommodate 62 rooms (a mix of standard, executive and suites), function halls, specialty restaurant, concession spaces, surface, 2-basement parking and a 16 meter long lap pool!
