Can Opener - My other Engr 170 project was to use a calibrator to measure parts from any household item that consisted of many parts and then to model them in Solidworks. Having spent a lot of time on this project, I learned Solidworks and grew to know it like the back of my hand. It became a strength for me and I still use it today in most of my engineering classes. Surprisingly this was my first project on Solidworks, so I had to overcome the fear of a new problem and tried not to let it overwhelm me.
