Wyndham Rewards Opt-In Enrollment

Customers were auto-enrolled to Rewards program during booking. The Opt-In check-box was pre-checked. As a result, the marketing database was mostly inactive customers. We "Un-Checked" the enrollment box to allow proactive Opt-In, and incorporated dynamic content into the page body. When a new user clicked to Join, the page refreshed with a Welcome message. Users could join on all pages of the booking path, including confirmation page and confirmation email.
