The "Landing page" where the advisor can choose which plan to create or continue. This view shows the state of a corporate customer, where several employees can be trustees or partners and thereby have a saying in the company's investments.
Overview of the customers holdings. Divided into different asset classes.
The page where the customer can decide to move money from one account to other accounts or move money from one purpose to another. A purpose is a sort of a goal where the customer commits to invest the money for a certain period of time.
Page that shows the possibilities for Short purposes. The time horizon is set to 0-3 years, and because of that also implies a very low risk. The customer can therefore mainly here choose between different savings accounts.
For each long purpose (including Pension) the customer will need to answer a number of risk assessment questions. The questions will show how risk tolerant the customer is with that money and how he will react in times of big loses on the financial market. The questions and answers leads to a Risk profile, where it is stated which allocation Nordea will recommend.
The recommendation page where the Nordea recommends investment products based on the risk profile. The products are added to the holdings list at the bottom. Allocation is controlled to the right. Each asset class needs to b within the ranges of the risk profile allocation, i.e. 50% stocks and 50% bonds.
Flow diagram that shows the way through the product recommendation step. EU legislation rules prohibits that the advisor must document if the customer exceeds the allocation boundaries or chooses to change the recommended boundaries.

Financial Planning System (Nordea Bank)

Redesign of a planning tool, that is used by the bank advisors. The tool is used and shown in a customer meeting with the advisor where the customer is given advice how his current financial situation is, and what to invest in going forward. The customer must be taken through several steps, amongst these are a risk profiling that ensures that the customer doesn't take to much risk in doing his investments.
