BACKGROUND
Designing monographic book cover series for the legendary English fashion designer, Vivienne Westwood. There are three parts in this book series; Biography, History of her fashion career, and her fashion collection.
CHALLENGE
This three books should look different to convey its own contents but at the same time they need to form as one body of collection.
SOLUTION
To give each book its own themes while conveying her unique characteristics, I used different typefaces and compositions as well as similar graphic styles. Rather than a book sleeves,
I made a black velvet box in order to create her unique and rich fashion styles.
