    The materials look good, but when I zoomed in the edges between some of the surface breaks have some white pixels still. You must not be overlapping layers completely or are hitting delete more than once when using a hard selection. Hitting delete more than once on a hard selection will ruin the antialiasing on the edges. Also, try using the transparent pixel lock if you haven't already. One of the best tools for painting in PS in my opinion.
