Interruptions management tools - We developed these tools so we can
1- organize and communicate projects, workshops and events effectively.
2- Keep track of our progress as a team and as an organisation.
3- because alot of people like to join the team in our workshops and meetings we have a stream of new ideas that are some times not related to the subject. This Zic-Zac logic and wondering between ideas often leads to confusion and we don't like it.
Track Sheets
Interruptions One Year Calendar - Calendar is divided to 3 notebooks. Each notebook is for 4 months of the year. Interruptions issues come out every 4 months and this calendar brings focus to our operations in those 4 months dedicated to each issue. The team can keep track of the activities and people we have worked with through out those 4 months.
