INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT:
As per the increasing sale of fried fish in Pakistan this project is about designing a kiosk which meets the proper design standards including general kiosk design parameters, food safety parameters and cooking, serving guide lines, fish preservation and frying standards. These parameters will insure the proper hygiene and increase in the overall sale of the product.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
“The increasing sale of fried fish over all in Pakistan and unhygienic conditions in fried fish shops demands a kiosk design which should follow the proper food safety standards and regulations while insuring its compactness and mobility”
