This graphic depicts how accessing information was a difficult process among study participants in this project. I created this visualization as a way to tell a story about the greatest pain points experienced by participants to the Core Team when presenting findings at the end of the project.

Data Warehousing, Analytics, Dashboards Project

This research was conducted for the Information Technology Shared Services (ITSS) department at the University of North Texas System to uncover user experiences and information needs of key stakeholders in relation to the current enterprise data landscape. The research targeted information use from an individual level all the way to the institutional level. Such insight will be used to inform the strategy, design, and construction of a new data warehouse which will aim to serve all four institutions and avoid existing pain points.
