VESTIGE: Silang Memoirs 2003 Yearbook cover - Cover for the 2003 annual of the Adventist University of the Philippines.
I "created" this scenery--all from different stock photos. I further enhanced it with ambient light, light rays from above, & dust to simulate the excavation tableau. All done in Photoshop.
This is my favorite cover among the other 4 yearbooks I designed for my school.

The rusted key from a stock photo. Sand texture created from scratch using Photoshop's Filter. Rendered lighting and dust effects. The partial covering of sand on the rusted key also done in Photoshop and text layout in Adobe InDesign.
