1500+ PMs managing 5000+ concurrent projects globally customers experiencing additional costs and missed schedule. Requirement was to design an intuitive and UX for the resource management.

Interacted with the product team to understand the business requirements and technical constraints.
Created complete set of wireframes for all the key scenarios.
Wireframes were detailed out to make sure all the business requirements are covered.
Adhered strictly to the brand guidelines while creating visual design templates.
