Philips Ponte System
A 13-person group project done by the Fall 2015 Healthcare Studio in partnership with Philips Healthcare and Emory Healthcare. The objective of this project was to design an at-home heart monitoring device and interface system that reduces readmission and mortality rates for Congestive Heart Failure Patients within the 30-day post-discharge window.
My main responsibility during this project was the physical hardware of the system and it's design. Was presented here focuses on my additions to the overall project.
