Having many renders of the children's version of the board, only a working prototype for the standard version was needed. So began the manufacturing process.

As my design was wall mounted, a stage has to be constructed in order to display the piece. A kitchen wall and counter seemed to fit best.

The product was finished off to a basic shape and held up against the stage for a look test.

Kitchen Design Competition
This was a kitchen design competition set by a world renowned furniture company. This brief encouraged me to think outside the box and develop a product that could really sell. In the end, my design won the competitions award for commercialisation which was a real high point in my design career.
