VACUUM FORM STYRENE AND FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINT Each product is made unique by it's cartoon illustration which at the same time appeals to individual personalities. The flexographic print on plastic film is customized whereas the actual package is interchangeable, requiring only one mold and fits all slim sonic products.
Simple one color print allows for each product to be individually packaged according to color/style. Graffiti-like copy conveys personality as well as highlights included accessories and product features.
CLAMSHELL PACKAGING WITH UV PRINTING Graphics (reflecting athletics, toys, nature, and everything else in between) surround the product and reflect an array of personalities while maintaining a neutral appeal to both boys and girls.
4 COLOR PRINT AND ACETATE BOX - for Violight Inc. There is one package die cut acetate box with different cardboard inserts to match each individual product. The product is proudly displayed and can be seen from the front and right side of the package maximizing visibility.
4 COLOR PRINT AND UV VARNISH - for HSN HSN specialty item appropriates existing product but sells/distributes it as HSN Slim Sonic Deluxe. Same packaging die line for acetate is used for full color print on stock.
SPOT COLOR PRINT AND ACETATE BOX Package displays product heroically floating above a pedestal base. Bottom carton either matches housed product or compliments it (such as blue for Penguin to mimic ice/cold).
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDED Original ZAPi molds are appropriated and incorporate a custom toothbrush animal head creating a fun and interactive UV toothbrush sanitizer that appeals to both children/parents but also fits well into Pottery Barn Kids aesthetic, allowing VIO Light to branch out from clinical oral health care.
4 COLOR PRINT AND FOIL STAMPING
Upscale design and product display is achieved through bold color and foil stamping. Product window is die cut to reveal the entire product. The uncovered product is pictured on the back panel with call outs to features and product highlights.
STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY AND ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
Each of Violight's products are a statement of personal hygiene and character. Playfulness overrides the sterile clinical feel usually associated with UV (ultraviolet) oral healthcare.
