Dtool is a laparoscopic device concept developed for "RedDot Concept Award". During Minimall Invasive Surgery (MIS) instrument exchanges comprise 10% to 30% of total time thus adding to procedure time. Dualtool (Dtool) was a concept developed for "RedDot Concept Award". Dtool tries to help surgeons during MIS practices allowing the surgeons change the tool functions without take out the tool.
