The house is part of the Club Village “Belchinski Izvor” and is situated in Belchin, Samokov, Bulgaria. There is also a Spa center, a five star hotel, a restaurant, houses for renting and residential buildings. One of the types of residential buildings in the complex is the so called “Kalina” house , named after the “Viburnum” flower.
The Kalina house is a two-story structure. The accent of the house is the loft above the living room.”Kalina” is the only house with a loft in the complex.
The entrance of the house is on the north side. There is also a garage next to the west façade.
A daily zone, WC and a bedroom are located on the ground floor of the house. On the first level there are two bedrooms with a common terrace, each bedroom has its own bathroom.
