Project: "Evolution of design culture in industry: co-creation of a toolkit for cultural impact in a business context".
This study intends to demonstrate a co-creation process, from a
university–industry collaboration , of a creative or a generative toolkit, game-based activity to be used autonomously by companies in industrial sectors, and to challenge, empower and impact companies’ corporate culture.
The toolkit includes stamps to record the color of the participants' answers to each card/question, according to the Likert scale. In order to understand the dominant color of the opinions of an organization's employees.
This toolkit has been tested in different sectors – such as footwear, textile, goldsmith, plastics, and software – as a contribution from academia to industry.
