Sakti Medika Beauty Clinic was initiated by Sakti Medika Group as business expansion from Sakti Medika general clinic on 2015. DAP Engineering team had chosen as main arhitecture consultant for this project. This beauty clinic located in Tebet area, South Jakarta. My friend that designed main concept phase until architectural detailed phase with this beautiful design. I participated on this project as construction drawing and as built drawing team. The main objection was to survey everything (i.e. collumn, wall, beam, etc.) that has been built on the site on 2016, re-checked it with the last drawing documents and finally make clash detection report that been found on the site to the building contractor
