Vase - The vase is meant to reflect the organic quality of ceramics spun on a wheel, but far from traditional means of doing so. Using digital 3D modeling software, this vase was constructed, sliced, sent to a laser cutter to be cut, and assembled by hand.
Plant Exchange - These organically shaped coins were designed to support a conceptual project called the Philadelphia Plant Exchange. On the front is a symbol designed for the concept of plant exchange with silhouettes of plants, clippings, compost, and seeds on the back. The coins have four different exchange options, all of which hold the same value in this system as each option is equally as important in the life cycle of plants and separate our own idea of value from the plants.
