During these projects, I learnt the importance of research and getting to understand the business closely, and through the opportunity to interact directly with company CEOs, Product Owners, BAs,, DevLeads, Other Stakeholders and actual Users. We carried out various workshops to brainstorm initial concept, storyboard and information architecture, hi-fi prototype, usability testing, business impact analysis and overall experience design that adds value to the product launch as well as sales strategies.
