Crescent Healthcare Website
The Crescent Healthcare website was launched in 2011 with an updated website design, layout and the implementation of product categorisation into the Content Management System. The website lead to improved rate of enquires in regards to products.
As a project Leader, primary client contact and project manager I was responsible for collecting website requirements, writing scope and procurement documents, collecting product information, managing team members, communicating with project stakeholders, and implementing change management during the lifetime of the project.
