The new Shann Australia website was launched mid-way in 2011 with a modernized look and improved structuring of product database and user experience. Though not an e-commerce website, consideration for future integration was considered in which an ‘enquiry cart’ was implemented, allow users to request a quote with selected items without the use of pricing or a payment gateway. Post-launch, useability updates were implemented as well as changes to the CMS administration to allow ease of use for the website administrator.
Responsible for collecting website requirements, writing scope and procurement documents, managing team members, communicating with project stakeholders, and implementing change management during the lifetime of the project.
