A tasting to travel

2009-2010, six months of diploma project, global design : food, product, service (5th year at EDNA, China).

40% of people think it is difficult to understand another culture. I decided to help foreigners in their adaptation to exoticism, during long haul flights and especially by a tasting session offered before the meal. By following up the presentation of six typical products in a brochure, the traveller discovers this new culture by his own, by savouring separated or mixed tastes. I think economical classes (families on holidays and students) are most aware and affected by this kind of service, however, it is economically more convenient to focus on the business and first classes passengers.
