Floating dessert

2009, personal installation.

Realizing that food design focus on feeding as a starting point and apply to its environment ; from the consumer’s hands to the container and to the whole space, I simply grew away from the usual way to taste the famous strawberries with sugar in order to design a new way to eat ; creating an outside and floating dessert around which the consumer can walk.
