Pier 13 Coffee is a local coffee business in Titusville, FL that is building a brand new shop that is bigger and better than their one downtown. The owners asked me if I could paint a mural for them on the biggest wall at their new location (48 ft L by 18 ft H).
One part of the mural is based on the classic destination postcards and features places and wildlife around Titusville. This part will also be used in some of the brands merchandise that they'll sell in both locations. The rest of the wall features greenery and florals that are recognizable to Florida and tropical environments, like birds of paradise, hibiscuses, and palm fronds. The background circles were used to tie in shapes from the logo and make the whole wall more dynamic.
As unexpected as this project was, I am thrilled with the outcome and excited that I had the opportunity to try something new. Since doing this mural, I have had other people reach out to me for more personal painting requests.
