User Tribe Board - A group or "tribe" of people were chosen and there interactions with a certain object, in this case a mobile phone were studied.
Experience Board - The users interactions with the mobile phone were observed and recorded using both video and photos. At this point the user was not aware why they were being filmed/ photographed other than that it was for a research project.
Insights and Opportunitys - From the data gathered observations were made about how the user used their mobile phone and insights as to why that was were generated. From these a product opportunity was found and a design brief was written.
