This is a Pumpkin pie made with fresh pumpkin. On top, with some of the extra dough I had, I made a turkey.
These little tartlets are made with 1-2-3 dough, thin apple slices, and frangipane.
This is a lemon cream pie. While making the cream for the top, I squeezed some lemon juice in there to give it a little more flavor.
In the front is a tiny personal sized apple pie. In the back is a personal sized blueberry pie.
This Linzer Torte was delicious. It contains frangipane, raspberry jam, almonds and powder suger.
This was an experiment. We were given freedom to make whatever kind of pie we wanted. After looking around to see what options I had, I decided to make one that no one else was making. This is a raspberry white chocolate pie. The bottom of the pie has a light coating of white chocolate so the crust doesn't get soggy.
These Almondines are like heaven in your mouth. With a small line of raspberry jam down the middle, frangipane on top of that and almonds across the top, there is no way you can go wrong.
This was for my final. I had to make a Banana Cream pie, Since I needed a base, I decided to use dark chocolate.
This lemon curd tartlet is the perfect combination of sweet and tart.
This is one of the nicer looking fruit tarts I've made. It contains pastry cream, strawberries, kiwi and blueberries.
