This is a deck of 33 individually illustrated 4x7 cards w/box I created for Magic-Flight's online store. The aphorisms, by Forrest Landryt, are short and precise statements of essential truths. They are based off of tarot, meditation, or oracle cards, with the idea that random selection and contemplation leads to an increased understanding of reality and the perceived chaos of life. The hope is that this deck can lead the users to more peace, love and happiness.
I can look at each card and remember what I was feeling at the time I illustrated the corresponding "truth." It was a deeply personal and transformative process, and I hope people can feel that from the cards. They can be purchased in my online store.
