The project aims at evolving a suitable methodology to approach the master plan of the 500 acre campus. The Urbanism thus evolved considers the systems of the nature of the fertile Cauvery Delta region as equally important as the vibrant component of a campus. Though urbanism of such a serene land is important for any sustainable development, the interactive components of a campus are the major design drivers.
Hence a large effort of the project concentrates on assembling the right ingredients for a vibrant learning environment designed for the present and the future learners.
Since education re-imparts the social aspect in any human being, a place for learning should be a place of collaboration, innovation and hence excellence. The design direction of the campus is based on the following 5 hypothesis: Delta Urbanism , Collaborative Spaces,
Identity, Environmental Sustainability, Campus Agriculture.
