When I started at r e d architecture + planning I worked on the 8th Chipotle for the firm. By the time I left four years later I was running the department of 10-12 designers and celebrating our 500th Chipotle project. While responsible for managing the team responsible for +125 locations a year, my team was also responsible for managing Chipotle's prototype drawings, freestanding unit development, Chipotle's AOR onboarding and process documents for all AORs and studio budget management. My personal expertise, outside of managing the team and account, was urban infill and complicated existing building reuse within challenging Planning & Zoning jurisdictions. Below is a small sampling of some of the work done by myself and my studio.
