When Hollister relaunched Gilly Hicks as an independent brand, one of the first locations to test the new image was in Shanghai. I worked with a local pop-up company to deliver, not only the fist Gilly Hicks test location, but the first pop-up in A&F history. Complexities included launching the image, delivering data to the middle of the mall location, all new fixture design and remote team operations coordinations.
