This online tool vastly improves the speed of the process and provides visibility, thereby improving the overall customer experience. A helicopter photo was used to showcase the company's grand presence at a prior boat show. The photo may invoke memories in past visitors, attracting them as well as new visitors to attend the upcoming show.

This email communicates a payment-based marketing message to current clients considering a home equity loan. Extensive testing and analysis revealed that payment-based messages resulted in the most calls and online applications. As such, this payment-driven layout became our control piece, to which further test pieces were pitted against.
