Business card holder
This item is created to hold business cards (and a half page sign), in outside conditions where wind is an issue. the base is 3/8" phenolic material weighted with steel plate. The business card holder has a spring steel flat spring that keeps the cards registered to the front while also preventing them from blowing away on a windy day.
