File Organization & Version Control:
Packaging files were organized using dedicated layers for artwork, dielines, foil specifications, factory application references, hangtags, and production notes to streamline internal review and manufacturing handoff.Linked assets were maintained separately and updated as needed to support efficient revisions and reduce file complexity. Standardized file naming conventions and revision tracking were used throughout the project to maintain version accuracy.
Accuracy & QA Process:
Before release, I verified dieline alignment, artwork placement, dimensions, UPC placement, product copy, regulatory information, including international compliance elements, linked assets, and color specifications. Production notes and application instructions were reviewed to ensure manufacturing requirements were met. Final files were preflighted and prepared for vendor delivery.
