Letter 44
Letter 44 is an ongoing monthly series from Oni Press.
The general concept envelopes modern day astronauts with a "West Wing" style drama. The design reflects the classified nature of presidential politics and the aesthetics of deep space exploration.
I created the logo, all page assets including the inside front cover, editorial page, periodical advertisement, and next issue page. For the promotional envelope, a hand-held rubber stamp was created to give a 'super secret government document' effect. Small 2.5" stickers utilize a silver metallic ink match the astronaut ice cream to further push the science fiction space aesthetic.
